Our Model

Core Divisions

The Center investigators are divided into four main cores.

The executive team broadly sets the Center’s research agenda, coordinates investigations across study sites, and evaluates progress toward our scientific goals.  This core also takes charge of disseminating results.

The research operations core works to promote best practices in the Center’s investigations.  This means ensuring ethical treatment of all our study subjects, training new faculty and student collaborators, and monitoring data management and analysis across study sites.

The research methods core investigators examine factors that may help or hinder our model’s implementation within primary care settings.  Their findings will then help the principal research core study how our model affects primary care clinicians’ ability to provide mental health care and how children fare under our model versus standard treatments.
