James (Jay) T. VanRensselaer is a Registered Biological Photographer and member of the Visual Resources Association. He has been working as a photographer for Johns Hopkins since 1987. For the past 11 years, he has photographed archaeological digs in Egypt and Syria for the JHU Department of Near Eastern Studies. His work has appeared in numerous national and international publications as well as the JHU press book on the historic Homewood House on the JHU campus. He is also one of the principle photographers for Inside Lacrosse Magazine.
Will Kirk has been working for Homewood Imaging and Photographic Services since 1999. He is a working photojournalist and a member of the National Press Photographers Association. He has been acting as the primary photographer for the Johns Hopkins Gazette since 2001. His work has appeared in Popular Science, the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Baltimore Sun, Entertainment Weekly.
