Welcome to Capital Financing and Debt Management

The Office is responsible for managing the capital structure of the University and providing cost effective solutions for the financing of capital projects on a short-term and long-term basis. This includes the issuance of taxable and tax-exempt bonds, commercial paper, bank credit facilities, working capital lines of credit and internal loans. The Office is also responsible for the management of investment banking relationships and the relationship with credit rating agencies.
