MISSION STATEMENT

The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA) seeks to promote a campus community that fosters the holistic development of multicultural students by providing direct services to targeted populations, expressing genuine care for their well-being, advocating on their behalf and encouraging the full use of all university resources.  OMSA also seeks to promote cultural pride and the value of and appreciation for diversity by educating the broader Hopkins community about the difficult circumstances and history many people have experienced; we strive to forge a common future in which all of society benefits.
