All requests may be completed via email to Crystal Williams. Student Organizations/Departments Requests should be done at least 2 weeks in advance. There is no fee for student organizations and departments. Available space includes the Levering Courtyard, Foot Court entrances, and Breezeway. Vendors The cost per day for vending on campus is a $30.00 base fee and 10% of the gross profits. Payments are to be made at the end of each day. Hours and days available for vendors are Monday thru Friday, 9am until 4:30pm. - All vendors must unload and load from the Levering loading area located at the rear of Levering Union. No vehicles are allowed on the brick walkways on the Homewood campus.
- Only free standing tents can be used on the Levering Courtyard
- No equipment is allowed on the grass areas
- There is no soliciting allowed. Vendors cannot approach persons passing by.
- Johns Hopkins cannot provide electricity in the Levering Courtyard
- Inclement weather dates/sites are not guaranteed
- The Office of Student Development and Programming must approve all merchandise to be sold in the Levering Courtyard
