Welcome to Scheduling!

The Scheduling Office, located in Levering Hall, is responsible for reserving rooms in Levering Hall, the Mattin Center, Shriver Hall, and outdoor spaces for social, cultural, and educational programs on the Homewood Campus.  This office also provides information and assistance in coordinating events.  Additional scheduling spaces are also available through other Homewood Departments.

Complete this form to submit a room request for your student organization. IMPORTANT: This is a room REQUEST only; confirmation of your reservation will be sent via email from the Student Life Scheduling Coordinator.
