Student Information System (ISIS) / Self-Service

ISIS Self-Service for Students is used by ASEN Undergraduate and Graduate students for viewing and conducting transactions for Registration, Financial Aid, and Billing.

Hopkins ID Announcement 

ISIS Authorized Users allows you to grant access for individuals to view:

• My Class Schedule - current and previous terms
• My Grades - all grades since enrollment at JHU, including your GPA and credits earned
• Billing Summary, Statements, Payment Access - to view and pay student bills
• Financial Aid Summary, Requirements, Disbursement - access to all financial aid documents required or those needing completion
• Authorized User Set-up instructions available at http://help.sset.jhu.edu/display/ISIS/Edit+Authorized+Users

PRIOR TO REGISTRATION OPENING EACH SEMESTER

1. Go to isis.jhu.edu and sign-in with your JHED ID and password
2. If you see the word "Alerts" in red above the toolbar, click to see what is required to release the hold(s)
3. Update your biographical and address information under Personal Info/Summary
4. Update emergency contact and family info under Personal Info
5. Confirm Advising requirements

ISIS REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Go to isis.jhu.edu
2. Sign in with your JHED ID and enter your password
3. Under Registration, select Search for Classes
4. Select the desired term from the dropdown
5. After searching for and finding your class, check Select, and:
     • click Add to Cart for later registration, OR 
     • click Register to enroll now (if registration is available)
6. Check your course schedule for time conflicts
     • Registration > My Class Schedule > Weekly Calendar
7. Print your Class Schedule options in the Actions box on the right

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR:

• Interdivisional Registration
• Cooperative Registration
• Independent Study/Research/Internship
• Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory Grading Option
• Graduate-Level courses (for undergraduate students)
• Late Registrations
• Part-time Undergraduate Students/Pay-Per-Credit Undergraduate Students
