ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be current Homewood or Peabody student, faculty, or staff with membership access to the O'Connor Recreation Center and must show proper identification (J-Card) in order to participate.


DIVISIONS AND CLASSES OFFERED

Vary upon the the type of league, tournament, contest or event.
DIVISIONS: Co-Ed (C), Women (W), Men's Open (M) A or B,  Dorm (D) A or B, Fraternity (F), Open (O)
CLASSES: A - Competative or B - Recreational


FORFEIT FEES

Forfeit fees have been insituted in order to cut down on forfeited games/matches throughout the year.
In order to enter a team/league, individual sport, or tournament a forfeit fee must be paid in advance.
Team/league the fee is $20 per team/league.
Individual sport or tournament the fee is $10 per person or team.
The fee is refundable if the team or individual does not forfeit any games/matches during the regular season, playoffs and/or tournament.
Fees will be refunded two (2) weeks after the final game/match of the playoffs or tournament has been completed.
Fees must be picked up by the end of the spring semester (May).


SAFETY AND LIABILITY

Participation in Intramurals is completely voluntary.
Participants play with the understanding that Intramurals does involve some contact.
It is strongly recommended that participants have satisfactory health status and coverage.
Johns Hopkins University and the Office of Recreation are not responsible for injuries incurred during Intramural play.
