Try Group Fitness!

A fun and social opportunity for fitness is offered through our various group fitness classes. If you get bored on machines, like someone else to structure your workout, or don't enjoy exercising alone, group fitness classes offer you many possibilities! We offer a little bit of everything from yoga to dance to high intensity and our class schedule changes every semester.

To participate in a group fitness class, a "Fitness Class Pass" is required. Your class pass allows you to attend as many fitness classes as you like for the duration of that schedule period. Registration information is here.

Not sure what Vinyasa means or if you need to have experience before taking Spin? Check out the class descriptions.

Group Fitness Class Schedules:

Summer Schedule 6/2 - 7/13

Summer Schedule 7/14 - 8/1

Special Announcements:

Class passes are required to attend all Group Fitness Classes. Students pay $35 for unlimited access to classes through August 1st. Non-students pay $50. Class passes grant access to all classes listed on the summer Group Fitness Class Schedule.

The Rec Center will be closed all day on Friday, July 4th. No TGIF Yoga or other programs will be held that day.

Fall Semester: Academic classes begin on Thursday, August 28th. The Fall Group Fitness Schedule will begin on Monday, September 1st. All group classes will be offered for free for the first week of September!
