A fun and social opportunity for fitness is offered through our various group fitness classes. If you get bored on machines, like someone else to structure your workout, or don't enjoy exercising alone, group fitness classes offer you many possibilities! We offer a little bit of everything from yoga to dance to high intensity and our class schedule changes every semester.
To participate in a group fitness class, a "Fitness Class Pass" is required. Your class pass allows you to attend as many fitness classes as you like for the duration of that schedule period. Registration information is here.

Class passes are required to attend all Group Fitness Classes. Students pay only $50 for unlimited access to classes all semester with the purchase of a class pass. Non-students pay $65. The class pass price will drop after Spring Break! On Monday, March 24th, students can purchase a class pass for $30 and non-students pay only $45. Class passes grant access to all classes listed on the above schedules as well as the new Jungle Gym group training classes!
