The O’Connor Recreation Center has an array of fitness opportunities that can strengthen your body, mind, and spirit during your Hopkins experience. Besides all of our other rec programs and facility options, check out what our fitness programs have to offer: If you need some extra direction, attention, or motivation to keep you on the fitness path, Personal Fitness Training may be the thing for you. Some people find our eclectic array of Drop-In Fitness Classes suit their needs just as well – everything from “Step Aerobics” to soothing “Yoga” to butt-kicking “CardioKickboxing” classes. Scope out the other programs we have on board to round out our offerings, including free fitness testing, and mini fitness workshops.
