Looking for some excitement? Try whitewater kayaking. We'll get you started in a kayak and in no time you'll be able to ride some sweet waves. The trip runs on the Potomac and Cheat Narrows rivers in Maryland and West Virginia. We'll kayak during the day on rapids from class 1 to class 3, and then camp out each night. You'll learn all about the sport of whitewater kayaking, and work up to running more challenging rapids as the week progresses. No experience is necessary, but participants should have good swimming skills and be comfortable with frequent submersions.
