Relevant Date and Registration Information for Pre-Orientation 2009

Please be aware of the pertinent registration information and dates listed below. Failure to do so may result in a lost spot for a trip. Because Pre-Orientation trips fill quickly, we highly recommend you register today!

Important Dates:

Date	Information
July 3	All Pre-O registration forms, medical form, and waivers must be postmarked and sent by this date.
July 18	Last date to receive a 100% refund should you need to cancel. Refunds can be discussed via e-mail (preo@jhu.edu) or phone, 410 516 4417. No refunds after this date!
July 25	Participant Information Form must be postmarked and sent by this date.
August 22	Non Multi-Element participants arrive between 8am and 10am. May arrive previous day after 12pm if better for traveling.
August 23	Multi-Element participants arrive between 8am and 10am. May arrive previous day after 12pm if better for traveling.
August 28	Non-Multi Element participants return and move into dorms.
August 29	Multi Element participants return and move into dorms. Start of Orientation 2008 for all new students!

How to Register

Please only send in registration forms for Waitlisted Trips! You do not need to include a check.

Registration is conducted via mail.
Please send registration, the medical form, and trip waivers with payment by July 3rd
Please send the Participant Information Form by July 25th
