Overview

As a Johns Hopkins student interested in careers in the health professions or law, you must join one of the email listserv relevant to your career interest and your anticipated application year.  This will allow you to get up-to-date information on upcoming programs and events, including bi-weekly e-Newsletters and other important announcements.  We have listservs for:

(1) students pursuing a career in medicine and healthcare

(2) students pursuing a career in law

What are the names of the listservs?

The following listservs are available (note that there is no space between text and number):

(1) medclass2013, medclass2014, medclass2015, medclass2016

(2) lawclass2013, lawclass2014, lawclass2015, lawclass2016    

Can I use any operating system?

No, use Internet Explorer when signing up for the listservs - do not use FireFox or Safari Browsers.

How do I subscribe:

To self-subscribe to one of the listservs, send an email to:

sympa@lists.johnshopkins.edu

Type in the Subject Line (NOT IN THE BODY OF THE TEXT):

subscribe medclass[insert four-digit anticipated application year, NO SPACE between text and number] 

or
subscribe lawclass[insert four-digit anticipated application year, NO SPACE between text and number]

How do I unsubscribe:

To unsubscribe from any one of the eight listservs, send an email to:
