MHPC Professional & Graduate School Fair Saturday, February 28, 2009 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Location: Glass Pavilion, Levering Hall Homewood Campus DOWNLOAD MAP Set-up will begin at 11:30 a.m. Each attending organization will receive an eight-foot table and two chairs. Outlets will be provided to those organizations that have requested and paid for one on their registration. Outlets cannot be requested the day of the fair. Pre-fair Shipping: You may ship materials in advance of the fair. Materials must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2009. For those who would like to use taxicabs as a means of transportation, below are some names of companies in the area. When scheduling a pick-up or drop-off, please tell them to go to Mason Hall (Building #1 on the map). They will make a right off of Wyman Park Drive into the first open driveway on campus which is known as South Gate. When scheduling a pick-up or drop-off, it may help to give them a specific time. If taking a taxi directly from the airport or Penn Station (train station), it may be wise to coordinate with the driver a return ride pick-up.
