Dr. Verrier is the Director of the Office. He has worked in academic and pre-professional advising for 18 years. Prior to coming to Johns Hopkins, he served as the Assistant Dean for Academic and Pre-Health Advising at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, for 16 years. He received his Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Ohio State University. |
| Ms. Droscoski is an Assistant Director specializing in pre-law advising. She is a New York State licensed attorney and has practiced primarily real estate, conservation, environmental, and estate law for numerous years in the private and public sector. She obtained her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law. | 
| Ms. Kirby is an Assistant Director specializing in health professions advising. Kirsten obtained her M.S.Ed. from University of Pennsylvania and has experience in career education and health professions advising. She has held positions at the University of Pennsylvania, Swarthmore College, and Franklin & Marshall College.

She received her M.S. in Health Science and has experience in both academic affairs and student affairs. She has worked in higher education for more than 18 years, most recently at Goucher College. |
