During the first two weeks of the Fall semester newly enrolled international undergraduate students must come to OISSS, Room 135 Garland Hall, and complete a "documents check". When coming to OISSS to complete your documents check, please bring original copies of the following documentation:- I-20 or DS-2019
- Passport
- 1-94 (This form you will receive in customs. Be sure to staple it in your Passport)
