Please join us in the many activities planned throughout the academic year .  Club members meet at least 3 times a year in a variety of settings to learn and to socialize, support an annual scholarship to a deserving Johns Hopkins University student, volunteer at the Baltimore City Barclay Elem.School library to promote the joy of reading and share our intellect and indulge our curiosity in small interest groups**.  We also promote the opera at the Peabody Institute and music at the Shriver Hall Concert series.

**Current interest groups include the Book group, German group, French group, Italian group and  Sports group.  A Spanish cuisine group was launched in February, 2009.   A Beginner's Bridge group needs a few more players and the regular Bridge group always needs more players. We welcome your participation, ideas and energy.
