The Johns Hopkins University Office of Community Affairs (OCA) is the institution’s primary liaison between the university and the members of the communities proximate to its campuses. The OCA serves all members of the university and communities surrounding the institution’s campuses by establishing and enhancing working partnerships between and among interested persons. The OCA works to improve university – neighbor relations, strengthen our community, resolve problems, promote opportunities, and advance the institution’s mission of education, research, and patient care.
