To Do Before Completing your Freshman Advising Profile

1. Gather the following information:

a. Locate any AP score reports you may have.

b. Locate transcripts from any college courses you may have completed.

c. Know your parents’ home and work phone numbers.

d. If your parents do not speak English, find the phone number and name of an English-speaking emergency contact person.

e. Think about the type of activities you might want to participate in during your time at Hopkins. Consider browsing the following websites:

• The Office of Student Involvement
• The Center for Social Concern 

f.  If you are considering participating in an intercollegiate sport, complete the Student Athletic Form

2. Once you have this information, you may complete the Freshman Advising Profile on-line by using your JHED login information below:

To complete the Profile on-line, click here. We expect the Profile to take you 15–30 minutes to complete and you will have the opportunity to save information and complete it later if you are interrupted. Please make sure to do your final submission of the Profile by June 22nd.
