1. How do I become a member of the Finance Club?


Current students and alumni of the Carey Business School, with interest in Finance are eligible for membership. Those interested in becoming a member please visit our membership page and follow the instructions.

2. Who do I contact regarding Club membership or any other questions/issues?


Those with questions regarding club membership may contact the Secretary of the Finance Club at the following email address: financeclub@jhu.edu. For other questions, please visit our contacts page or our officers' page

3. What area the goals of the Club?


The goals of the Finance Club are to:

(1) create an interactive platform for members to enhance their knowledge and experience in emerging areas of finance;

(2) provide members with access to leading financial institutions; and

(3) offer unique networking opportunities.

Members have exciting opportunities to actively participate and help the Finance Club in achieving its goals. The club offers motivated members a forum to capitalize on their initiative and drive, and to showcase their talents to potential recruiters of the world's leading financial institutions. Alumni members will get direct access to current students who demonstrate leadership and initiative.

4. How can alumni get involved?


Alumni are included in all spectrum of Club activities and are sought for career guidance, in addition to other functions.

6. Is it possible to be an absentee member?


It's not required that members reside in the Baltimore-Washington area. All members, regardless of their location, have the ability to contribute to, and keep apprised of, club activities.

7. Is there information about the Finance Club that can be sent to interested students and alumni?


The Club sends announcements via e-mail and publishes newsletters to keep members apprised of current events. We also have an informative brochure for potential members.
