Requesting services in Future Semesters

Before the start of each subsequent semester, students with disabilities must inform Student Disability Services that they wish to continue to receive accommodations. Certain accommodations (extended time on examinations, copies of class notes, sign interpreters, real-time captioning, and alternative format texts) may take considerable time to plan. Therefore students should make their requests for accommodations early enough to allow sufficient time for them to be arranged. Forms for requesting these accommodations can be found in the "Request Forms" section. If there is no form online for an accommodation, students should make their request in an email to Student Disability Services.
