Remember to take care of this check-list before Commencement:

  • Donate to the Senior Class Gift Campaign - http://ihearthopkins.com
  • Order your cap and gown -  http://colleges.herffjones.com/college/JHU/
  • Have your Senior Portrait taken - The next appointments will be April 24-26.  Online sign-ups will begin April 12th - visit www.legacyjohnshopkins.info to schedule your appointment. Call 800-348-4360 or see http://www.legacystudios.com for more information.
  • Prepare Graduation Announcements: Campus Book Center: 410-662-5850
  • Pick out Diploma Frames (14"x17"): www.framingsuccess.com
  • Order your Commencement DVD: Johns Hopkins is partnering with Grad Memory to provide a professional video taht contains the complete graduation ceremony with all keynotes and speeches.  The DVD package can also be personalized with the graduate's name and picture.  Visit www.gradmemory.com to order or find more information.   • Be part of the JHU Ring Tradition: A Balfour representative will be at the bookstore for ordering on April 5 and 6, or you can order directly at www.balfour.com or 1-866-225-3687.
  • Order your yearbook: Contact the Office of Student Life with any questions - 410-516-8208.
  • Go to the Grad Fair April 5-6 at Barnes & Noble from 11:00-6:00 to order your regalia, order personalized announcements, class rings, diploma frames, and more!!
  • Please complete the annual Senior Survey!  All graduating seniors (and graduating juniors) who complete this important online survey will receive a $5 e-gift card from Starbucks.
  • Learn about Senior Week: Coming soon!

    The following will be available at the Commencement ceremony:
  • Flowers and Graduation T-shirts with all the graduates' names on the back will be available for purchase.
  • Flowers are also available for pre-order! See here for more details.
  • Commencement Photos:
    - A photographer from GradImages® will be at your ceremony to take a candid photograph of you at your special moment of recognition.  
    - You will receive a free passport-sized digital proof of this photo on an order card within 5-7 days following the ceremony.
    - After the ceremony you may order online at http://www.gradimages.com or call 800-261-2576.
    - Since photographs will be available, family members and guests are encouraged to remain in their seats, relax and enjoy the ceremony.
