Tonight: The JHU Politik Speaker Series Inaugural Event
Don't miss the inaugural event of the The JHU Politik Speakers Series, developing an academic repertoire between students and professors outside of the classroom. The event takes place from 7:30 to 9 p.m. tonight, Tuesday, Nov. 10 in the Glass Pavilion.

Our first event will feature Professor Steven David on his book "Catastrophic Consequences: Civil Wars and American Interests." In his book, David argues that American interests and world stability face a greater threat from internal conflict than from interstate war. He highlights the potential cases of Pakistan, China, Saudi Arabia, and Mexico to support his theory. Commentary will be made by Professor Daniel Deudney, and discussion will follow.

Questions? Call Jackie at 203-376-3078.
