The Vredenburg Scholarship is a competitive scholarship open to sophomore and junior EN majors for a co-curricular experience abroad in the summer. The 2010 applications are available in the Office of Engineering Advising and are due March 3, 2010.

A fellowship of $8,000 will be awarded to a graduate student interested in developing and teaching an undergraduate course related to Jewish Studies.
This award of up to $2,500 is for students to undertake research on the Holocaust.
Maximum of $2,500 granted on a competitive basis to students proposing a worthy plan of study or research related to Jewish studies.

The Center for Social Concern is offering $2,000 mini-grants to support up to four Fall 2009 Community-based Learning courses. Deadline to apply is Sunday, Feb. 15.

The JHU Business Plan Competition is now open to full-time and part-time students, grads and undergrads, from any of the nine academic divisions of the University. The competition will be held on Friday, April 10. Business plans are due Friday, Feb. 20.

Each year the Friends of the Johns Hopkins Libraries generously designate 20 percent of member contributions to fund the purchase of special collections materials. Twelve selected items are on display at the MSE Library until January 13, 2009.
