Deidra N. Bishop was appointed Director of Community Affairs for East Baltimore for the Johns Hopkins Institutions in 2004. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins, Deidra served as Executive Assistant for Transportation Legislative Affairs for the City of Baltimore’s Department of Transportation. In that role, her mission was to develop, monitor and implement legislative initiatives impacting transportation.
