April Meise is Community Relations Coordinator and has been part of the Community Relations team for almost five years. Her responsibilities include teaching a heart-healthy lifestyle program called FRESH (Food Re-education for Elementary School Health) to students in the Bayview catchment area, offering blood pressure screenings at senior centers and representing the hospital at health fairs and community events. For over eight years she was employed at St. Vincent’s Center, a residential treatment center for abused and neglected children. April has a B.S. in psychology.
