Office of Community Affairs

The Johns Hopkins University Office of Community Affairs (OCA) is the institution’s primary liaison between the university and the members of the communities proximate to its campuses.  The OCA works to strengthen our community by improving university – neighbor relations, promoting opportunities, and advancing the institution’s mission of education, research, and patient care. The OCA serves all members of the university and communities surrounding the institution’s campuses by establishing and enhancing working partnerships between and among interested persons.
