Partner Organizations

East Baltimore Development, Inc. (EBDI) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization charged with leading and managing the $800-million revitalization of an 80-acre portion of East Baltimore. EBDI works with support from a long list of partners including the City of Baltimore, the State of Maryland, and a number of local civic groups and charitable Foundations.   The goal of all staff is to work to recapture the essence of East Baltimore, and restore the community’s vibrancy and productivity.

Historic East Baltimore Community Action Coalition, Inc., (HEBCAC) is a non-profit partnership, based in the community, established to enhance the quality of life for all who live, work and visit Historic East Baltimore. In short, the HEBCAC plan is a comprehensive development agenda to transform the Historic East Baltimore community.
