Doug Behr

Doug Behr is a senior graphic designer. Doug takes genuine pleasure in meeting clients and hearing them not only explain the job at hand but also talk a little about themselves. And rarely does either side come away without touching at least one point in common. Partly that's because Doug has such wide interests—from books to land use issues, bluegrass to birds, old movies to landscape design. At work, his specialty is type: choosing from among myriad typefaces the one that will perfectly tell the story the client wants to transmit. Doug has received numerous awards for graphic design since he came to the university in 1984.
