Judy Smylie joined the Entrepreneurship & Management Program in the spring of 2006. She is a practicing attorney for the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. Judy teaches both Business Law I and Case Studies in Business Ethics. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Jackson State University, Judy has worked for the U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. Department of Energy, and Arnold and Porter. She is a member of the Maryland, DC, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and has authored numerous conference papers. B.A. Jackson State University
