Bill Smedick is the Director of Leadership Programs and Assessment Initiatives for the Office of the Dean of Student Life at Johns Hopkins University. Bill also serves as a Consultant for Kathleen Allen Associates providing student affairs program reviews and professional coaching. Bill has been involved in leadership education at Johns Hopkins University since 1989. He is a part time lecturer teaching Leadership Theory in the Center for Leadership Education. Bill has served in various community and professional leadership roles including Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the National Association for Campus Activities and President of the Westminster (MD) Wolves Soccer Club.
