Vasilios Peros has been teaching Intellectual Property with the W.P Carey Program since 2003. He is a member at Thomas & Libowitz, P.A. (T&L) and chairs the firm's Technology & Intellectual Property practice group. He counsels clients on intellectual property and licensing matters including acquisition, protection, and commercialization of trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, as well as licensing and technology transfer of intellectual property assets. He also advises clients on corporate matters, including contracts, mergers, acquisitions and financing.
Prior to joining T&L, he was an attorney with Venable LLP. His prior experience spans over fifteen years as an engineer and manager at a Fortune 100 corporation.
