| Judy Goldenberg has been an administrative law judge with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation for over fifteen years. She has taught at Johns Hopkins University since 1988 and has been lecturing with the W.P. Carey Program since 1997. She teaches Business Law and Case Studies in Business Ethics.
