| Dave Fisher has taught Business Law at Johns Hopkins University since 1998. He is an attorney with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. His duties include representing the department in pre-judgment and post-judgment matters on the state and federal level, including the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit Court, and the United States District Court. B.A. Cornell University
