Career Exploration

Middle grades students are not too young to consider future career options. The Career Exploration and Educational Decision-Making (CEED) curriculum allows students to explore and develop their career aspirations. Students learn about educational and vocational opportunities and set academic goals that will enable them to achieve their aspirations.

The CEED curriculum includes two volumes designed to be used once a week for two years (one semester per year). This curriculum has been used during advisory periods and as an elective course taught by guidance counselors.
